Cei care se afl\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie au op\u021biunea de a restitui b\u0103ncii locuin\u021ba respectiv\u0103, iar banca, la r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u, va considera acea datorie ca fiind achitat\u0103. Prevederile \u0219i consecin\u021bele acestei legi au fost <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hitchmosher.ro\/blog\/crestere-stabilizare-sau-scadere-cum-vor-evolua-preturile-locuintelor-in-2016\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00eendelung discutate<\/a>, provoc\u00e2nd un val de reac\u021bii mixte \u00eenc\u0103 de c\u00e2nd a fost propus\u0103.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pentru a diminua din presiunea care s-a exercitat asupra pie\u021bei de creditare odat\u0103 cu aprobarea acestei legi, s-au formulat <b>dou\u0103 condi\u021bii esen\u021biale<\/b>. Prima presupune ca legea s\u0103 nu fie considerat\u0103 valid\u0103 \u00een cazul persoanelor care au optat pentru un credit prin programul Prima Cas\u0103. A doua condi\u021bie prevede fixarea unui plafon maxim a creditelor; astfel, pentru ca legea d\u0103rii \u00een plat\u0103 s\u0103 devin\u0103 aplicabil\u0103, cuantumul total al \u00eemprumutului trebuie s\u0103 fie de maximum 250.000 EURO.<\/p>\n<p>Ca s\u0103 ne asigr\u0103m c\u0103 e\u0219ti corect informat, \u00een continuare \u00ee\u021bi vom prezenta pa\u0219ii ce trebuie urma\u021bi pentru a beneficia de avantajele Legii d\u0103rii \u00een plat\u0103:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Redactarea unei notific\u0103ri \u0219i transmiterea acesteia creditorului, prin intermediul c\u0103reia acesta este informat c\u0103 dore\u0219ti s\u0103 invoci Legea d\u0103rii \u00een plat\u0103.
