Cum s-a dezvoltat \u00een peisajul dezvolt\u0103rii curente, pe pia\u021ba timi\u0219ean\u0103?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">R: Proiectul a fost primit bine de c\u0103tre cump\u0103r\u0103tori, 99% din imobil s-a v\u00e2ndut \u00eentr-un an \u0219i jum\u0103tate. Acesta s-a v\u00e2ndut foarte bine, clien\u021bii sunt mul\u021bumi\u021bi de calitatea finisajelor \u0219i de compartimentarea apartamentelor. Un mare plus este proximitatea complexului reziden\u021bial de P\u0103durea Verde. Lini\u0219tea este un alt criteriu de selec\u021bie. Spre exemplu, sistemul de \u00eenc\u0103lzire va fi diferit, apartamentele vor avea \u00eenc\u0103lzire \u00een pardoseal\u0103.
